If only the walls could talk with the stories this Hotel shares...
The original site was once home to the Man of Kent Hotel and had served the community for over 50 years.
In need of repair, another iconic local hotel The Prince of Wales was relocated to the site in 1919 and the two buildings merged together.
Completed in 1921 the new building was named the Royal Hotel.
Today the historic Royal Hotel is the perfect place to catch up for lunch, dinner or a drink with friends and family.
Complete with outdoor dining, pub style accommodation, bar and restaurant areas serving modern locally sourced Australian cuisine with a range of traditional beers, local regional wines and ciders.
Located just 25 minutes from the heart of Ballarat the Royal Hotel in Snake Valley is a warm destination with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service for locals and travellers alike.
The Valley will host a number of live music events throughout the year from Saturday night pub rock cover bands to Sunday afternoon acoustic sessions or join some of our amazing local talent for karaoke.
